Website use
These terms govern the public gentlenext.ai website and the demo-request form. Program use of the GentleNext application — caseload management, family caregiver services, navigator documentation, and all PHI-processing — is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed by the program before onboarding.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to exfiltrate, scrape, or bulk-download content.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or tenant scoping.
- Do not upload demo-request notes that contain PHI or other regulated data. Pilot conversations happen separately under an executed BAA.
No warranty on public pages
Marketing copy, pricing ranges, and availability statements on this website are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer. Binding commitments take the form of a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
